Around the turn of the century cyborgs were common.
Not as common as they are today, of course, but still fairly widespread.
My Great-Great Uncle Ferdinand was one, but the Fredricksons shunned him from the clan, so information is scarce.
All I know are some dis-jointed facts;
1. He Married my Great-Great Aunt, Margret, who was quite normal for a manic-depressive Swede. They didn't call it that at the time, though.
2. His nickname as a child was 'Louie', no one knows why.
3. I Have one photo and a silhouette portrait of him even though he was exiled from the Fredrickson clan. I Suspect this is the work of Great Aunt Henrietta, but I'm not sure.
I Hope that you enjoy these, as they were doing nothing but moulding in that box under the attic floorboards.
