I have been seeing this Neighborhood watch sign for as long as i can remember, and as a hat wearing person, i always felt like it was telling people that they should look out for, well, me, as i wear a hat, and frequently a trench coat and i always felt that this sign was sort of outdated, as virtually no-one wears a fedora, at least, not until recently. But i also found this new sign which is updated, and much more accurate, it also doesn't incriminate me. {smiley face here indicating it was a joke}
