-=First leg of the trip; Momma O's=-

The E.E.B. {Emergency Escape Blimp} is fueled and on it's way, with me and the crew inside. But mere hours after taking off, we had to force a landing due to a hungry crew, luckily we were over the downtown area of the small American city of "Anchorage, Alaska", right about, here:

The highlighted restaurant is where we stopped for lunch, "Momma O's" a fine establishment if I've ever seen one. their siganture dish is deep-fried halibut in a hamburger bun, with the thickest Chips {French fries to you Americans} I've ever seen. Several of the crew compained of heart pain, but we all agreed it was most definitely worth it.
For those brave travellers who don't mind a little vein coagulation, here are some pictures:

The outside.

Go in this door and hang a left, you can't miss it.

Order your fish and chips here. {they also offer grilled or…I think it was boiled… halibut or chicken, but really, you're coming here for the deep-fried}
After you order take a seat and wait for the friendly staff to come and serve you your delicious heart attack on a plate. I would like to say that I highly enjoyed my meal, none of the crew actually got heart-attacks, and I don't get any money from these people, in fact I had to pay money for my food. But it was well worth it, and I recommend this establishment to anybody who's wandering through alaska.

The Continuing Weekly Adventures Of Dr. Zachary Smith H.M.O.

-=-
This Weeks Episode:
Episode #34: Subdivisions in the Sky
-=-

Last Week as you Recall Dr. Zachary Smith was Rather Lost,  but that's nothing new.  What is new is that George is lost, Separated from Dr. Smith by ten stories of empty air.  You see, Last week Dr. Smith fell out of The Door, but it was a bit higher than he expected.

By About ten Stories.
-=-

-=fig. 142: By About Ten Stories=-

But Dr. Smith rallied Marvelously and is now inside his House, dragging his desk out to the patio.
Why?  You ask?
"YES DR. SMITH. WHY."  That's Jeeves, Dr. smith's personal Robotic Butler.
"I'll tell you Jeeves, if I hook this cable here, activate this, flick this switch on my typewriter, and I can control The House!"
"AND HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO CONTROL THE HOUSE DR. SMITH?" If it is possible for a robot with no movable facial features to look skeptical, Jeeves looked skeptical.  "Well, You told me my house follows me everywhere, right?  But it hasn't sustained the sort of damage it would if it were simply being dragged along the ground, so, it must not be touching the ground.  If I can Boost that feature to maximum power We can fly The House up to The Door, and probably rescue George."  Wow.  I had No Idea Dr. Smith was this smart! "I Discovered the Rather Large Blank Spot, revolutionized the Travel industry with my Flying Boats, and Mastered the Art of defensive swordsmanship, This is nothing."  Oh, I Forgot to mention that Dr. Smith can hear what I'm Saying after a jarring impact from falling down a mountain.  But that was ages ago. Oh Look, They're firing The House up!
-=-
And Off they Go!
-=-

-=fig. 143: Off they Go!=-

Here's A view from the improvised Cockpit:
-=-

-=fig. 144: A View from the Improvised Cockpit=-
Sorry about the blurriness of the Picture, our cameras  have been subjected to numerous tortures as part of their journalistic careers,  {explosions, long drops, high altitudes, low altitudes, extreme heat, extreme cold…} I'm Surprised they have survived this long autonomously, honestly.   But they are programmed for Self-Preservation and evolution.  For example, our Spider-Cam {#234d}… But Never mind that.  Our Story Continues as we see Dr. Smith Pull The House up to The Door,  which is Mysteriously closed…
"Jeeves," Dr. Smith says, readying himself for the jump, "Keep the house hovering right here, Dig?"
"DIG, SIR?" "Oh, Never mind. Just keep The House right here." "RIGHT SIR."
-=-

 -=fig. 145: He Jumps!=-
-=-
He Jumps! He Barely Catches the DoorStep, as it Flickers in and out of reality in the Diffused daylight, a {Scale} bucket of water splashes onto Dr. Smith's Head  "Ah!" He says, "What Was that?"  Rain. Not even very Bad rain.  "Oh."  He struggles up onto The DoorStep, Inching open The Door, Endeavoring not to fall to his doom…    "You know, that doesn't help at all Mr. Narrator!"  Sorry.  He Doesn't Fall, and in fact makes it into the R.L.B.S. {Rather Large Blank Spot} unharmed. He then turns around, and says "Alright Jeeves, throw over the Boards."  Jeeves does, and they create a bridge, "Alright Jeeves, Don't let this Door close, I Might need to make a quick escape.

-=fig. 146: I Might Need to Make A Quick Escape=-

Dr. Smith turns, and wanders for bit but sees no indication of George, but the Light Fuzz was getting more prevalent the further he got from The Door… He Eventually came across a Dormant Light Post, that is, one that wasn't Discharging Light Fuzz…

-=fig. 147: He Examines the Base of the Light Post=-

He examines the base of the Light Post,And finds that it is not, in Fact, made of metal, at least, not any metal that I'm familiar with. It Seems to be Made of some Organic material, and as he stares, the material moves, in, and out. like a breath… He stands up, and looks up to the top of the Lamp Post,

-=fig. 148: Up To The Top Of The Lamp Post=-

"Ah, Dr. Smith.  I Have Been Expecting you."

Huh?
Swing the camera around!
What a time for the Camera to break!

-=Falling.=-

Well,  autumn has come to the top-secret Early Bird Industries compound, and everyone here at the office is planning of taking the emergency escape blimp and meeting up with His Majesty's Zeppelin the Peregrination in it's undisclosed location.  But I kind of like the Fall, with it's new colors, the perfect tempurture for tweed, and I can even wear my new wool fedora without worrying about the rains of summer or the snow of winter ruining the shape. It's the perfect Month!
-=-
-=-
Besides, Who'd want to leave this?  At least, not until the emergency escape blimp is fueled and ready for rendezvous with the H.M.Z. Peregrination, leaving soon for warmer climates!

New Blog idea!

I had this idea earlier, and I just had to make it.
-=-
This is an idea of what the site would look like if I could get the site to use flash. I used iMovie to glue it together, and photoshop make the individual frames.
But of course if I used flash it would be much smoother, faster, and generally better. If you'll notice, there is a new menu bar I put in, because if we're gonna be imagining a new site, let's do it right, right?
-=-

-=-
I ran out of patience about halfway through.
The curtains would be keeping you from the site until it's completely loaded, saving you from having to wait for the images to load, a problem I frequently have myself, then the Zeppelin would fly in, followed closely by the Bi-Plane, clouds would pop-up at the end, and the "Now in HD" thing would pop-up like, well, I'm sure you can picture it. Kinda like this, but not pink. The motion itself. See?
-=-

-=-
Anyway, this whole idea might never happen, so don't get your hopes up. Unless you know someone who can do it for me? Or a way for me to do it myself?
Flash.

-=Best Regards=-

The Continuing Weekly Adventures Of Dr. Zachary Smith H.M.O.

-=-
This Weeks Episode:
Episode #33: The Way Out.
-=-
Last Week as you Recall, George And Dr. Smith were being Chased by Evil Lamp Posts through the Rather Large Blank Spot, barely Escaping with their Lives. Dr. Smith spied {Out of the Corner of His Eye} a door. {The Door, in fact}. He Pulls it open and is surprised.
-=-

-=fig. 136: {The Door In Fact}=-

Yes, Very Surprised Indeed.
-=-

-=fig. 137: Very Surprised Indeed=-

"Ahhh!" He Screams, as he falls to his, er, well. Not DOOM.
We follow his Hat, as it makes it descent completely independently of Dr. Smith's head, it flutters, weaves, drunken with newfound freedom. But soon it succumbs to the never ending pull of Gravity, eventually giving up, and landing next to Dr. smith as he lay unconscious upon the rocks.
-=-

-=fig. 138: Landing Next to Dr Smith=-
-=-
We See Dr. Smith, Unconscious, but very much alive.
-=-

-=fig. 139: Unconscious But Very Much Alive=-
-=-
He Awakes, and jumps up. His first Words are:
"Where's My Hat? Ohh…my head feels like it has been dropped ten stories...So does the Rest of me, In point of fact. George? George? Where are you?" He locates his Hat and dusts off his suitcase, and calls out again.

-=fig. 140: So Does the Rest of me, In Point of Fact.=-

"George? I Swear, I spend more'n half my adventures chasing that senile old Chap around. If he could just look after himself for once…" Now Zachary, that's not nice. "Well? if he could look after himself for five minutes I wouldn't be in this mess." now, that's not true, and what's more, you know it too. Now just turn around and we can get on with the story.
"Yeah, I know. Wait. So you're not just a figment of my imagination?" I might be. "No, are you or aren't you?" Just turn around and behold your House! "Huh?" And Dr. Zachary Smith Finally turns, and notices his house.

-=fig. 141: HELLO DR. SMITH=-

"HELLO DR. SMITH." That's Jeeves, Dr. Smith's personal robotic butler.  "Hello, Jeeves, why Didn't you speak up before?"  "GOD TOLD ME NOT TO."   "God? Wait, Wait, Wait a minute, was this voice very deep and seemed to come from everywhere at once?"  "YES."   "How did you know it was God?"  "HE SAID SO."  "NARRATOR!  Did you tell Jeeves you are a God?" Er, uh. You see, he wouldn't have understood, never having read, or anything… er uh.  *Gulp* anyway, it was in the……Script? Yes, that's it. It was in the Script!  "Well, he hasn't ever been to church either!"

Oh.

"I would like to see this Script, maybe read ahead a bit! It would be nice to know what's going to happen Before I fall off another Cliff!" You can't. It isn't in the script. "AHH! that's so frustrating! Jeeves, let's go inside, eh? George is missing and I have an idea."

The Continuing Weekly Adventures Of Dr. Zachary Smith H.M.O.

Episode #32
Don't Trust The Fuzz
-=-
-=fig. 133: I Dunno Its Rather……Pretty.=-

Last Week, As you recall, Dr. Zachary Smith {And George, a local HAM radio operator} Had just arrived inside the Rather Large Blank Spot, a Completely Featureless area of the universe where Anything could happen…
-=-
And anything has, for even at this very moment Dr. Smith And George are being cornered by Evil Lamp Posts. Evil Lamp Posts spouting crackling ball of fuzzy Electricity, bent on the total destruction of all intruders…
-=-
My, that was dramatic.
-=-
George Takes a step, just one step, towards the Lamp Post, Of DOOM Initiating some primal survival code ingrained in the genetic structure of the Lamp Posts, as one by one they all begin to fountain out Crackling Balls Of Fuzzy Electricity…

-=fig. 134: Crackling Balls Of Fuzzy Electricity=-

"George?" Zachary says, with great trepidation, for the Crackling Balls of Fuzzy Electricity dangerous though they are, Have the same Attractive quality That the lure of the Ceratias holboelli has upon the fish of the Pacific…
-=-
"George?" He Repeats, Fighting against the allure of Electrocution, "We Need To Leave…… Now, yes, Now. We need to leave NOW! George! We're Leaving!" He then Grabs George By the Arm and charges as fast as he can through the veritable snowstorm of .C.B.F.E. now spouting from the Lamp Posts, as they Move into a Circular Pattern around Our Duo,

-=fig. 135:…These are My Friends…=-

"It's O.K. Dr. Smith…… These Are my friends……" George Mumbles, Wandering in and out of delirium, "These are not your Friends George, I Am your Friend, these are Lamp Posts. You Hear me? Stay With me George! George! No!" George reaches out, like a child reaching for a Soap Bubble, and grabs a Crackling Ball of Fuzzy Electricity, which Subsequently gives him a tremendous Shock, snapping him out of the Delirious Pull that was drawing him into the Control of the Lamp Posts. "Oh, Hello Dr. Smith. Why does my hand feel like it has been Set On Fire?"
Out of the Corner of his eye, Dr. Smith Sees a way out of this Nightmare. "George, Can you stand?" "Uh, no. My entire body feels as weak as a new born Kitten." Dr. smith refrains from mentioning the sorts of large Cats whose Kittens aren't as weak as one would think, and focuses on getting to:
