Starbucks espresso

Ahhh, starbucks. Not as good as some of the local... I want to say "breweries" but I doubt that is right. Still good though, in a pinch. Also! I do beleive this is the debut of my "daily grind" logo, I plan on prefacing all of my future "on the spot coffee posts" with that logo.

What's the spoon for? Milk or sugar in espresso is incorrect, but maybe I'm just a purist.

  1. The Italians generally load their espresso with sugar - one or two packets per cup...

  2. But The Cup is only a couple of inches high itself! Wouldn't one or two packets of sugar overwhelm it?

I Think that Maybe you just met some wimpy Italians.

Sugar. Huh. :-) < Smiley Face to indicate no permanent hard Feelings toward the wimpy Italian community.

  3. By The Way, What Do you Call those places that grind up the beans, toast them, and then {brew} them into coffee? Probably not "Breweries" but not "Cafe" Either. I Just Can't think of it.

    And It's driving my crazy!
